My adopted granddaughter has attempted suicide.

One of my friends that I've been trying to reach out to is likely to leave the country soon. This is after I've already had several other friends stop talking to me.
I am feeling pretty discouraged because I feel like my friends always leave or drift away before I ever see them receive Christ or encounter him in a big way.
Please pray that they'll find their own way to God in time. I have been fasting this lent for this.

Please pray for me to find love. I wasn't loved by my family growing up, and the closest thing I ever had to a romantic relationship was an awful situation where I would be pushed away and pulled back. I have always yearned to be in a stable, happy, healthy, loving two-sided relationship. I want to hug, and hold hands, and talk and be there for someone in the same way they are for me. Just going out for ice cream, or watching TV and holding each other. These things I haven't experienced are what I dream of, and I'm tired of being alone. Please help.

I'm bringing my mother today with a prayer request: "That God may give her new life in his Son, Jesus Christ (John 3)." (My mother was raised Catholic but lives a very secular life. I have the impression that unforgiveness is present in her life and that her soul needs deep healing.) "Lord Jesus, heal my mother, and she will be healed.
