I had been a few days without masturbating or consuming pornography, but today I relapsed. I was on Instagram checking if there would be a service at a church, and unintentionally, I saw an almost pornographic scene that triggered my urges. Besides the guilt, I feel a compulsion to continue consuming, as if it were a drug, and I can't stop anymore. Please pray that this compulsion ceases, that I begin the fight against this addiction again, and that I win this battle. I appreciate your prayer.
